In Nigeria, the month of March witnessed the growing in strength of African Liberty Organisation. A new chapter of African Liberty Students’ Organisation was established at the University of Benin, Edo State. The team of AfricanLiberty .org from Benin headed for a week’s (March18-26 ,2013) outreach and book fair at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State Nigeria where over 165 students engaged Moronfolu Ade, Mayowa Okediran, Binta Ayo Mogaji and Adedayo Thomas in several discussions on the principles of a free society. 30 students are already in the process of getting ALSO registered in the school. The third leg of the trip was rounded up for the Easter break on March 28 after another impressive seminar outing of ALSO chapter of the University of Ibadan, Oyo State where over 50 students were in attendance. Uganda Martyrs University will host the next outreach. The Free Society CD was well distributed and received at all events mentioned.
AfricanLiberty.org in the continuation of her 2013 outreach project on the 10th April 2013, while the induction of ALSO at the University of Malawi will take place on the 16th April, 2013. At the two events, ALO will be doing justice to the year’s theme and donation of books to the libraries will equally be done.
