Ghana’s Finance Minister presented the government’s revenue and expenditure plan for 2009 to Parliament on March 5, 2009.
The authors ran a general commentary on facts and figures they found interesting in the 300-page budget and highlight what they believe to be red flags deserving of the attention of both civil society and government stakeholders.
